Dr Declan Martin
ÂþÌìÌÃÈë¿Ú Analyst
Declan is a research analyst for ÂþÌìÌÃÈë¿ÚProfessional Services with experience in economic and urban development. Prior to joining AHURI, Declan held postdoctoral research positions with Monash Urban Planning and Design and RMIT’s Centre for Urban ÂþÌìÌÃÈë¿Ú. His research investigated how urban policy shapes employment and industry outcomes in cities and regions. Declan holds a PhD from Monash University, which evaluated the impact of planning regulations on rent-sensitive businesses in Melbourne and San Francisco. Through his research, Declan aims to contribute toward more inclusive places and policies.
